We enjoyed this wonderful hotel with very amiable and especially helpful staff at Concierge and reservation. Besides, the location was absolutely perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of An East – West Street. Furthermore, right by the cycle route over the bridge.

This hotel was exceptional and unique in every respect, had responsive staff at Concierge and reservation. The location was central, close to all of downtown as well as the many attractions of Fisherman's Wharf. All the dishes were amazing, nevertheless you can visit nearby Blue Mermaid Restaurant. Everything was simply first-class.

Early check-in, parking onsite. Designer room with beautiful views to Bay including Alcatraz and great decor. Location adjacent to union square and nob hill, Alcatraz and the Golden gate, and tourist attractions.

The rooms were spotless and huge with own bathroom. The location was easy, not far from tourist attractions and the delicious Ghirardelli Chocolate shop and local transport, in a very very nice area. It was a few steps away from Gaylord India Restaurant, where you can have dinner...

The staff were ready to help, the location was marvellous and beautiful. The morning meal was perfect with good coffee so more than enough, porridge, pastries. The staff were attentive, a real pleasure to deal with.

Had just perfect stay for your personal or family vacation, the staff were very friendly, location was ideal adjacent to Fishermans Warf & a cable car stop. The room was nicely decorated and well-appointed and had wonderful views to Bay including Alcatraz. The breakfast was perfect and offered good choice of items.

I don't know how anyone could have any complaints except maybe that they would have to leave to go home!

The staff of Fairmont in Ghirardelli Square was the best by far. They made sure that all our needs were met and were willing to go the extra mile for us. Will definitely go back again!

The location is perfect for visiting Fisherman's Wharf and has great views of the waterfront. The rooms are spacious with their own luxury bathrooms. The hotel offers a continental breakfast with a variety of options. Additionally, there are nearby restaurants and delivery options for food.
